  These albums were selected and rated in alphabetical order and will be updated occasionally.  Rating the albums in alpha order takes a while, they get more play in the winter when every project is indoors.
 

  If you like Rock & Roll, then these selections are my "A" list for a music collection. The star * mark at the end of a listing, identifies the entire album as an excellent performance. If you see it on a store shelf, make sure it is in your collection!

  Note to band members and audiophiles; my ratings do not always reflect my appreciation.  My skills as a musician can probably be beat by any musician.  This list was made to help select what groups to look for while shopping at the music stores. Some album and group names are abbreviated or sometimes just hard to figure out.

  Listing the number of good tunes on each album was added to help me select listenable value to an album - some are 2 disk, identified on the album title as (2).  There may be several good tunes but no hits, or a few hits and the rest duds.  This better identifies an overall value.

  The Style as a Country or Rock or Orchestra or Era may be identified in later updates.
