Thank you for letting me present DMR digital radio system at your March meeting. I have attached a .PDF file of my presentation for your use. Hope you find it helpful. I have also listed some important info below.
I plan to have my DMR UHF repeater on the air soon after March 16. Once it is on the air, I will be testing its range. The repeater can be changed from digital mode to normal analog mode if necessary. The repeater will be turned off while I am out of town. I am the only control operator for the repeater.

Because of the high cost of processing single amateur orders, the price of the DMR radios are going to increase from $180 to $199 effective January 1, 2015. Any order given before that time even if it has not shipped will be sold at the same price. Any Amateur buying 10 or more radios at the same time will revert to the old price of $180. Dealers cost remain the same. Hopefully this will give us more time to spend on developing new products and allow the dealers and other resellers the ability to sell to the Ham market thereby increasing the number of Amateurs using DMR over what we could do if everybody called us.
