Giving Aid to the Islam Nations, and Amnesty to Illegal Invaders, is Treason, by definition of the US Constitution.
Immigration Problems? By our current Constitution; each state can set a quota to limit, or request specific skills!
No entity or group has authority to make any foreign policy or treaties, unless they have 66 Senators approval! Those Senators can ONLY endorse laws made by the Representatives.

On the issues where congressmen are sticking out ways to block the president's actions, they have authority, but they have a weak position statements. Just like the tea-party groups, they have muddled and legalistic statements for items that are trying to hit the wrong target. Keep it simple!
According to our Constitution Treason is defined as two things in the constitution, Failure or opposition to protecting the borders, and providing aid to an enemy. BO is guilty on both counts. You do not send him to court for them to decide; you vote in congress. You do not put ten items in one vote; you vote on each offence. Any three fourths vote of treason, and he is out of office as a federal criminal. THEN he goes to trial in the senate for punishment. And the same for any politician that gives aid or fails to protect by opposing any state's attempt to restrict illegal entry. None have ever been impeached, but all who were brought to the vote are historically noted for their offences! ------- ------- -------
Benghazi Libya attack on our Ambassador died 6.5 hours after requesting help, and fighting continued for over 8 hours. The White House knew of the requests, and denied the assistance three times to the Ambassador and twice to the CIA. The available help was told to "stand down" [stay out of it]. Yet the leaders B.O. and Hillary and others continue to make claims that they are not responsible for the failures and losses. I recommend that Hillary be impeached or promoted as the next Libya Ambassador, and take BO with her!
My Experience at Protecting US Citizens in the Mediterranean Region. Compare the Benghazi response to a former Republican Administration response to the Yom Kippur War, where Syria and Jordan attacked Israel in 1973. In October 1973 the US Navy and other troops were called to rescue Americans as Israel was under attack. The USS Independence Aircraft Carrier was anchored in port at Athens Greece, with at least one third of the men were off the ship on shore-leave and unavailable. Within 12 minutes of receiving the call from Nixon, our Aircraft Carrier pulled anchor in Athens and launched aircraft within 20 minutes. The USS Independence Aircraft Carrier arrived at international limits of Israel in less than 7 hours, but over 50 of our planes were already there within an hour and a half. By the next morning, there were over 80 US ships that had responded to the needs of the IDF for 17 days. Our carrier stayed in the area for 40 days, and this author of www.theorybin.com was on board with VAW-122 squadron if you have any questions. An interesting observation of Benghazi is that ALL internet ship tracking records of the Mediterranean Sea, for September 2012 have been purged. Normally, we can find where any US ship was docked and when it arrived and left; as a public record for the entire cruise (they do not post a planned destination until after it occurs). The records for all the Med cruises have been erased from the internet for that period, and several Mediterranean force commanders were replaced starting September 2012. Nearly 200 high ranking military officers have been removed that could tell the story of our capabilities that were ready to respond. The officers were removed, so the spin can continue that US troops were unable to help our US Ambassador and Staff in Benghazi that pleaded for help for 8.5 hours, and expired in 11 hours with no US assistance.

The telephone and internet and IRS snooping by the BO administration shows us how controlling they desire to be. For our protection? Now consider; Who is using this collected data? The BO administration has imbedded Muslim Brotherhood members as Czars, Directors, Secretaries, Advisors, and Special Envoys, within the CIA and Homeland Security. These untouchables have access to all this collected data, and can direct a target of their choice or search for anything. This is a great tool for finding campaign donors and segregating the Muslims from the infidels! Do you remember a guy named Hitler? He learned his tactics from the Muslims in prison when he wrote Mein Kamph! All searches and gathering of public records should go through the Governor of the State in question, and THEY CAN SAY NO. Each state is a sovereign entity - look that up in the Constitution! The whistle-blowers should be considered for new roles as chief advisors and managers to the departments that they exposed, and the opposing managers should be permanently removed.

On August 04, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, addressed the Duma, (Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia:
"In Russia, live like Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, it should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, and live the life of Muslim's then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law.

Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'. We will not tolerate disrespect of our Russian culture. We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The Muslims are taking over those countries and they will not take over Russia. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of Sharia Law and Muslims.

Will Raising The Minimum Wage Hurt The Economy? The local kids want $65 to mow my lawn! I used to do lawns for 50 cents! If I would not hire you at $7 per hour, I will certainly not hire you at $10 or $15. If I have 10 employees at $7 and suddenly have to pay $10 each, then I would have to cut to 7 employees or magically improve my income 30%, right? The math does not lie like a Liberal does! If I raise prices 30% to cover the cost increase, then nobody buys the product, therefore I'm out of business and so are the employees.
Our economy is surviving in spite of; not because of; BO's policies!
Is The New Health Care System An Improvement For Low Or High Incomes?
When I could not afford $250-$350 a month for insurance before, how can I afford $600+ per month now, especially when it is $6,000 deductible? That is totally useless. I now pay cash only, and watching my own health is regulating the cost. For higher incomes, it still costs much more, and that will always be considered in the employee payroll expenses, thus there will always be a reduction of employees and payroll caps, to offset those added expenses. Anyone that says different, Impeach them or Vote Them Out! We do not have to manipulate the law to fix it or make it palatable. Just remove the Mandatory requirements. Then you will have a law that bothers no one, because no one will sign up!
Climate Change Propaganda
One of the primary "selective scientist" findings for proof of climate change or global warming is the rising sea levels.
The UN political wing of government has convinced Holland of this, to where they are committed to strategies of doing their part to fix it. Holland has begun buying or confiscating their lowlands that are protected by dikes and windmill pumps, in a plan to flood these areas and "give" the land back to the seas.
In the 80's and 90's I used to live in Key Largo and Key West, Florida, and still maintain close ties to friends there and now live in Panama City Florida.
The Keys are islands of south Florida which have the Atlantic on the East side and the Gulf of Mexico on the West side.
The highest natural altitude in Key West is Solaris Hill, a graveyard that is eight feet above sea level.
The islands are totally surrounded by Gulf and Ocean, and if one inch of variation were noticed in the charting of the waters, the people on these islands would be well aware of the changes.
There is always a tide, high and low twice a day as well as storm surges, and the mean tides vary in different seasons.
The fishing industry charts this precisely in the Solaris Hill and Keynoter Newspapers every day as predictable observable and reliable recordings and forecasts that have occurred since before the Civil War.
My home in Panama City is about eight feet above sea level, and I think my neighborhood would know of any change in tide markers over 100 years old.
Panama City has a
tide record website as well as all other coastal cities, and the only thing rising in our sea levels are the
hypo indoctrinated political scandals.
We can search the world, and get a group of "selected scientists" to prove anything on our wish list, and that is exactly what the social policies have done.
They exclude all scientific views that are contrary to their directives, no matter how profound the evidence, and accept only the
hyper babble of their own predictions that support their agenda.
The private Liberal agenda is to support, control, and direct our government
policies that extract our taxes for their pleasures. The nation used to call
those that intentionally misdirected people, Traitors and Communists. Look into
real science proof before you start buying president BO's BS.

When Americans started to conflict with the British, they banded politically with the Articles of Association. Then they banded for war with the British, by Articles of Confederation and Declaration of Independence. After 12 years, the war was won, and other territories began to join as States, and Liberals decided to Water Down the rules of the Republic with our Constitution, to replace the Articles of Confederation.
We should start with a few PDF files that may be nice to have handy: Articles of Association, Declaration of Independence, and Articles of Confederation; Our first Constitution, that was less liberal and had a nice line of: No less than two and No more than seven Representatives per State. Then our current US Constitution with the Bill of Rights (the first ten of the 26-Amendments). Then add the theorybin FIX-AMERICA and Campaign Platform Promises documents that combine the good parts to renew our direction.
A few Constitution notes that should be taught to every citizen! The end of Article-1 Section-2 The House of Representatives shall choose the Speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment. The end of Article-2 Section-1. Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the constitution of the United States." Article 2 Section 4. The president, vice-president and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. Article 3 Section 3-1 Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them [The States,] or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. Article 4 Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion. 14th Amendment Section 3. No person having previously taken an oath to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
Mr Carter? Mr & Ms Clinton? Mr Obama? Why is our Congress and all but the far right Media silent? A breach of ethics to our Constitution should at least be announced and halted! The congressional committees and Vice President keep the bills from reaching the platform for a vote, and the vote trading schemes position our congressmen for favors from the "Dark Side" of politics. The House of Representatives can impeach without the Senate, but they are collaborating and silent. We must now rely on our State Government to push the agenda to our congressmen. Every grievance in the Declaration of Independence should be an Impeachable Offence! On a personal observation of our economy; do you remember how and why the "Cold War" ended? The Russians went too far into debt to fuel their war machine. They immediately had to break into states and allow private businesses to employ the people instead of a broken government. We have our president with no budget and no accountability that is putting us into unimaginable debt on socialist systems, and this is allowing his Islam friends to manipulate for control within our government. Just listen to NPR "National Public Radio," they have stories by Islam Reporters that talk about the plights in their nations as if it were our own state asking for support, and Hillary responds with aid and support without congressional approval. There are four questions and concerns that are bugging me, that might be answered by others:
1 Don't the B.O. policies treat minorities and poor folks exactly as the stereotype of the Plantation Bosses? Anything you get must come from us! We will make others do this for you!
2 Our CIA trained Ben Laden exactly as we are now training the foreign guard units in Arab countries. Why are we training and arming the people that have a religious mandate to wipe us out? In Vietnam, all weapons that were left behind, eventually went to the Socialist Cambodia guard. These are exactly the schemes and likely the same people that created "Fast and Furious" with the Mexican Mafia.
3 Can you understand why the BO Administration has NO concerns about the National Debt? ALL of the payments for the wild spending will be on future administrations. NONE of the payback is on his watch! And for those who think our economy is improving - - - We are surviving in spite of; not because of the current policies. Like driving a car with the emergency brake on; eventually the brakes burn down and reduce friction, but there is still very much damage done, with less reliability and less value.....
4 The BO-care federal medical insurance system requires trillions of dollars each year and adds nothing to the medical quality and business limitations. If one tenth of that money were used to creating a medical schooling system, doctor education would cost much less and reduce the shortage of qualified experts. Instantly, the medical costs would decrease. My suggestion: Remove the non-education sports and other activities in schools that drain large portions of the budget. Actually, more than half of the county school tax goes into the sport related structures and bussing. These can be replaced with a pre-medical training program that induces basic medical training, and identifies those who wish to continue in the medical profession. All this improves education and could cut tax in half!!!
Then you could remove medical legal problems and reduce a doctors dreaded insurance requirements. Doctors and hospitals could cut down on legal staff and reduce costs tremendously. None of these changes would reduce the quality, all would improve the system and availability. This is what the Med professionals have been asking the politicians to give them for years. When will they start to doing it right?

Would you try to remove radical judges that are intentionally changing laws of Congress? What structure should our nation have in Persia (Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Saudi, Jordan, Syria, ect)? What structure should our nation have with Europe, Russia, and China? How should our nation react to an ally under threat? Is the Islam culture a threat to our culture? Are minorities or any specific group to be treated with preference in your administration? Would you recommend that Congress restructure any part of our current government? What is your wish-list for your term in office?

Not all Tax burdens are from the Feds. Stop or limit Federal Support to any area in our Nation, that has greater than 5 percent retail taxes or high property taxes! That is one aspect that burdens residences and businesses beyond the Federal Taxes, and the corruption is unstoppable locally. This should eventually get to a 3% max.

THE GREAT MORAL REGRESSION Trump is getting flack from the Liberal Media on his stopping immigration!
Remember: The Constitution considers any failure to protect our states borders as Treason! (Article-4, Section-4) The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion.
Trump should or could acknowledge that the Liberal Media is teaching violation of defined laws and repeated slander of officials. The Liberal Media (TV, Magazines, Movies, Radio) is creating and promoting civil disobedience, which is not protected by the first amendment of free speech. The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) is authorized to Fine for the cost of all repairs, and limit or remove the broadcast license of these Liberal Media Stations.
There were many good reasons for removing some of the restrictions in censorship laws of the Entertainment and Broadcast businesses in the 60's. The most grievous offense was the select committee was a bottleneck that could blackball any one or industry at a whim. It became a problem by small entities of refusal until permitted, thus monopolizing the industry.
The culture of our Media Industry has gone berserk since the removal of censorship. With no limitations, it is out of control and seriously offensive to any culture of honor and honesty. The perversions and ultra violence must be restricted Nationally! We cannot eliminate production, but the Nation can restrict all Broadcast and Retail Sales of perverse and violent behavioral material and media.

My theorybin view of B.O.'s Birth Documents The Constitution DOES NOT say that a President must be born in America! It says that the President must be age 35+ and have lived in the US as a citizen for at least 14 years.
The multitude of facts, that (B.O.) has hidden and lied and misdirected people from learning the truth of his documents of birth and education, perfectly warranted his impeachment and removal from office! Blame the House of Representatives for not Impeaching B.O.

When the Arab nations started an uproar as they often do on 9-11 anniversary; they killed our Ambassador and the liberal news blamed this on a 10 minute You-Tube Movie. This is nothing new, and the movie is fairly accurate of the irrational actions and thoughts of the Islamic Nations. The Islams are not and never will be peaceful nations; and this needs to be stated in our treaties to all nations that we cannot accept Islamic ways. President B.O. was unconcerned about the Ambassador's death, but he claimed an outrage over the video, and had the producer arrested in California. We know that more security was requested and Hillary rejected it, and the video had nothing to do with any of these terrorist things.

There are a few bumper sticker slogans written by me, and some seem to have spread around. Feel free to make one and send me your favorites. "Make No ObamaNation" This was written before the election in 2007, and the new word caught on. Some BO supporters pulled beside me on the highway north of Wichita, glared at me, then zipped in front and applied brakes. With heaven's protection they missed by microns; it seems they got the message. "Secede from this ObamaNation or Impeach Him" I had five of those removed from my truck and van while in different cities. "President B.O. is Suffocating U.S." That is my latest; when I drove to Colorado Springs in August 2013, I met an Air Force GI in the parking lot that seemed very offended by the words. When I returned to the truck, the sign was gone. Someone had cut the sign off of my tailgate with a pocket knife. Sometimes the truth stinks, but we need to be vigilant with the message.
NOW I have a standard Republican sticker on both my vehicles that reads: God Blessed America with a Real President: TRUMP I promise not to be blinded by Party Preference, and will determine his value by his actions. ------- ------- -------
